The annual NI PEAR Clinical Case Competition is returning and will be showcased during the upcoming NI PEAR Conference, Shaping Tomorrow’s Child Health.
Following the huge success of last year’s competition, which featured an excellent calibre of presentations, we're delighted to invite abstract submissions once again.
The Clinical Case Competition is open to all grades, specialties and disciplines involved in paediatrics across Northern Ireland, including:
Medical students
Paediatric and paediatric subspecialty trainees
Allied healthcare professionals working in paediatrics
We invite applicants to submit abstracts of clinically interesting and educational cases, offering a fantastic opportunity for shared learning. Entries will be shortlisted for the opportunity to present at a regional conference, and to compete for a trophy awarded to the winning presentation.
The NI PEAR Conference has been postponed. Don’t worry, all applications will still remain valid and those selected to present will have the opportunity to present at the rescheduled date.
Quality Improvement Day
Have an idea for a project but not sure how to begin?
Working on a project but not sure how to bring it further?
Have no idea what QI even stands for?
NI PEAR introduces this quality improvement day, to allow for a full day of hand on teaching around QIP. Expert faculty, workshops, practical examples, Q&A and helpful troubleshooting will allow you to come away with great fundamentals that you can bring to your own projects.
